Mi Querencia a magnificent home located in the heart of lower La Floresta, the most prestigious neighborhood in Ajijic, a beautiful village on the shores of Lake Chapala. It is within walking distance of everything! This area is flat for walking. Ajijic is known as having the second best climate in the world. You will have a large gated garden with an outside living area. With its north south orientation and natural lighting the house offers a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy your stay. You will have a complete house on the main floor (no steps!) which includes, TWO master bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms, plus a third bedroom (2 twin beds) and bath. Open concept living room, dining area and full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. We do have an upstairs loft which includes two couch beds, a fourth ¾ bath, wet bar and huge outdoor terrace with a mountain view. A gardener is included with the house. There is a downstairs terrace with includes a living and dining area. While staying at Mi Querencia you will have full access to what the house has to offer: garden, 2 terraces and comfortable living areas. The kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped; washing machine,dryer, stove, oven, dish washer, and microwave. There is secure parking for 2 cars on premise. I will welcome you and show you around the house and its surroundings and I always be available for inquiries. Other than that, it depends on whether you want to keep in touch or maintain your privacy. Ajijic is a typical Mexican town with the largest expat community in Mexico. It has a flourishing economy and all the amenities needed for our guests to have a good time. Here you will find an ample range of activities, restaurants, bars and cafes, accessible to all tastes and budgets. Locals are warm and welcoming. One of the busiest cities in Mexico (Guadalajara) is just an hour away, and many other quaint places can be easily visited. Beaches are easily accessible ( a few hours away). All amenities are in walking distance. You will also find taxis and buses for longer distances. Car rental and golf carts are available for longer stays.
