This is a newly renovated home, complete with plenty of parking and yard area for kids to play. We have a fire pit in the back yard, which is great for those sunset s’mores and hotdogs! The back deck offers the most beautiful lake-view! Complete with patio seating, table and charcoal grill. Lounge chairs and an umbrella are provided. Full access of the home, deck and yard. If anything is needed, I’m easily reached on my cell! It’s the absolute friendliest neighborhood around! The neighbors do their evening golf cart rides down to the water, to watch the deer and other wildlife. Parking is available beside and along front of the property. The boat ramp is less than 1/4 mile! Surprise!! This rental comes with its very own golf cart! Who wants to walk down to the water, when you can ride! Lol Also, We do provide an electric inflatable bed for extra sleepers. And.. keeping those mommas in mind, we also have a pack n play as well as a high chair for your little ones :)
