This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the second floor of the Jalisco building at Vida del Mar. The unit is close to the Phase II pool, Just of one three pools located on the Vida del Mar grounds. The condo is light and airy, decorated with an old Mexican style. We have an air mattress to accomidate 2 extra people. As our gift to you for renting our condo, we will include a welcome package. You get to choose 3 items from our list of 13 items to have ready in the condo before you arrive. Vida del Mar sits on 27 acres of landscaped grounds on the hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Santiago Bay and the Juluapan Lagoon. There is a pebble Cove on the property that is a great place for snorkeling and shelling. The sandy beaches of Santiago Bay are a short walk or drive away. The condo has 2 king beds and and will sleep 4 comfortably. There is a private balcony off the guest bedroom and the main balcony off the living room is large and recently screened in. Great for entertaining or just watching the morning birds with a cup of coffee or the evening sunset with a cocktail. Relaxing and beautiful what more can you ask? We live in California, so we won't be available to you but we have hired a property manager to take care of any problems or questions you may have. Example: restaurant recommendations, shopping, communication issues or adventures. They will meet you at the condo upon your arrival. We will also provide you with a welcome package upon arrival and you get to pick what you would like. You really don't need a car. if you would like to hang out at the very quiet Vida beach or walk to Santiago Bay where there are vendors, restaurants and water activities right on the beach. Both beaches are walking distance. The property manager can show you how to get to Santiago Bay or Vida's private beach and remember Vida has 3 pools for your enjoyment. Uber and taxi's are available if needed. If you have/rent a car you can drive into Manzanillo where you will find shopping, restaurants, activities and more beaches. Taxis are available to take you where you would like to go. Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 guests will have to agree to 14 day quarantine. If quarantine is not observed guest will be asked to leave without refund.
