This is the first floor of this two apartment building with one piece full length glass windows across both the sitting room and kitchen. The apartment is reached through electronic twin sliding glass doors with magnetic locks and a security keypad. The huge open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room has polished concrete floors, leather, super comfy sofa's, chairs and Lazyboys. The entertainment centre covers one wall and includes a top of the range, internet ready, 55 inch curved screen TV preloaded with hundreds of the latest movies, documentaries about Chiang Mai and programmes for the children. The window blinds are electronically operated and the kitchen is state of the art and comes equipped with pretty much everything from rice cookers to the newest most modern expresso machine. All the rooms in this property have Daikin air conditioning units. The master bedroom has comfy beds, an ensuite and a separate sitting area with leather sofa's and a TV. The second bedroom has great beds too and a really clever shower in the en-suite. We work really hard to make sure you have the best vacation and if you stay with us you will. Entry to the property is through a steel sliding gate. The apartment itself has twin sliding glass doors with magnetic locks, an electronic keypad system allows access. Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. This ground floor space has wheelchair access. I will collect you from the arrivals gate at Chiang Mai International Airport, the Train Station or the Bus Station. We also have our own driver who will chauffeur you around any attractions you wish to visit whilst in Northern Thailand. Singarat, off which this property is located, is one of the two roads that form a cross in the centre of the Old City. Exactly at the apex of this cross is Wat Phra Singh, Chiang Mai's most important temple, the fantastic Sunday Walking Street Market is also located here. Your holiday home is situated next to this temple and in the centre of everything yet is in a quiet Soi with no noise. There is parking for scooters and a single car outside the property but there is adequate extra parking only a few metres away. At the end of the Soi the road that passes the temple has a nearly none stop stream of Tuk Tuks and Songteaws ( motorcycle taxi's and local buses ). Where ever you want to go in Chiang Mai the method of transport is just a few steps away. I have lived in Chiang Mai for more than ten years now.
