Cave Canem Villa is 600 square meters of living space with an infinity pool looking into the ocean fully staffed .The Villa is nested over a little buff with breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea , it’s a dream beach house , the villa is fully Solar with lithium ion batteries , with super spacious 4 bedrooms , all with inverter a/c & remote control fans , own bathroom en-suite , 4 terraces , a separate gazebo , set in over 4,000 square meters of beautiful tropical gardens & your own beach. The views , the nature , the architecture of the house , the beautiful garden , having your own beach where to play and snorkel. Let's not forget the friendliness of the locals . The entire villa , the gardens , gazebo , infinity pool , the beach , the outside living room , outside dining room , 1 large courtyard , private road leading to main gate of property , 5 terraces , covered garage. The guest have no access to pool room (due to chemical and electrical danger ) and to the laundry room (the maids will operate washing machine and do the laundry for guests . No guest are authorised into these areas to avoid chemical exposure (kids playing with washing products or adult operating water heaters , washing equipments, etc. ) Normally I will be away from the Island when I rent , my villa manager and the staff will be taking care of guests . I will always be a phone call away for any needs the guest might have . Extremely safe and friendly, few houses with large gardens , beautiful sea with coral reefs and view of St. Cruz mountains on the back . Nature is unspoiled, dolphins are passing by , pelicans and many birds are fishing in the cove in front of the house , hummingbirds are busy flying from flower to flower in the garden . Usually can get around on foot or can rent a bicycle/moped , but local taxis and road taxi are available , just take the road on foot and enjoy the exploration. Can organise excursions and trip to other places like Negril or YS waterfalls . We can also organise a pick up from the airports (Montego Bay or Kingston ) price varies according to number of people . There is a local licensed company called Treasure Tours that we recommend , number available at the house . Lots of things to do , visit the waterfalls at YS , go on a boat trip to the pelican bar in the middle of the sea , explore black river and see the crocodiles and other natural marvels .
