It has 10 rooms, each room is independent with its own bathroom, in addition it has a small coffee-shop in its main area with a limited but amazing restaurant menu. Located only a couple of blocks from the very prestigious Universidad de La Habana and in one of Havana's oldest and main avenues, San Lazaro. Guests have access to the Coffee Shop- Restaurant area, as well as the gym next door, although there is an extra fee for that. We are North and walking distance of the very popular and beautiful seawall "El Malecón" and right in between the areas of El Vedado and Centro Habana. The very prestigious Universidad de La Habana, founded in 1728, is only a couple of blocks from us. Interesting places like "El Callejón de Hammel", a "barrio" cultural project are also very close to us. We are at walking distance of the famous La Rampa area, where landmarks like the Habana Libre Hotel, Hotel Nacional, Coppelia, Cine Yara, etc. are located. The Old Havana, La Habana Vieja is 15 minutes in car from us, but if you like to walk, you can get there walking while discovering the beauty of our city. El Cuarto de Tula is located in one of Havana's main avenues, the inigualable San Lazaro. Urban transportation is available as well as all kinds of taxis, from old Chevrolets from the 50s to more modern cars. Getting around will be incredibly easy. Also, the gym right next to us offers a bicycle rental service if you are interested.
