Located in San Pedro Town within Mahogany Bay Village. The area is a private gated community with Restaurants, bars, and cafes. Transportation on the island is predominantly golf cart. Guests can easily rent a cart while also have canal access and boat slip. The airport or water taxis service is only 10 minutes away. Free parking is available. We are located at the Mahogany Bay Village Resort south of San Pedro. Kindly note that we are not part of the Resort. This means that we do not have access to the Resort Private Beach Club. However, Beaches in San Pedro are easily accessible and at the moment the most trending beach is Secret Beach located north of the Island. The only amenities that is accessible to us are the Resort restaurants, bar businesses and other food stalls. The Swimming Pool is part of the resort as well as the workout room which we don't have access M&B Luxury Vacation rental guest do not have access to the Mahogany Bay Resort pool or private beach BUT our very own POOLCLUB is completed and operational!
