Our lovely house features an open concept design with King Size Bed and Full Size Bed in an expanded mezzanine. The TV area has 32 Flat Screen TV, fiber-optic internet, WiFi and DVD player. Our property has three decks and two large sliding doors. The fully furnished outside veranda is a nice place to enjoy the breezes and quiet island life. You will enjoy relaxing and stargazing on our upperdeck. The kitchen has a regular size fridge, gas stove, with granite countertops, coffee maker, blender, microwave, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, mugs, glasses, etc... Convenient, comfy, safe, fenced, secure, affordable and fully renovated. And we keep improving every year! The whole property is now fenced and gated with outdoor security cameras for your safety. Beach toys / floating devices, pic-nic equipment, coolers, ice packs, beach towels and beach chairs are provided as well. A useful manual is kept at the house for the benefit of our guests and we are available. Guests will be provided with many useful information and tips before checking in. Our houses are located in a safe neighborhood with neighbors living and working on the island. Close to the beach and steps away from the very popular Coco Bistro Restaurant and Coco Van! Playpen / booster seat available at additional minimal fee. We provide all the basics (shampoo, soap, 2 double rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of tissue, saran-wrap, foil, coffee filters, garbage bags, etc.); should guests need more than provided, they can find everything at the grocery store as we do not have resorts endless supplies. As mentioned, our pool is a shared one, with guests in our guest house, if any. Everyone is to be respectful. Our reviews speak for themselves. All the maintenance of the gardens and the pool is performed by the owners themselves who live on the premises and go on with these maintenance works when guests are away at the beach. Water and power are very expensive. Help us not meter usage like many owners do. Be conservative. A minimum 7 night stay during Holidays, must end on or before December 31st.
