Located in "Mareia" which is a complex situated in front of Ixtapa’s Marina, it offers the biggest pool in Ixtapa, gardens, gym, snack/bar and more. The apartment is new and beautiful. The apartment is well located in beautiful condo complex "Mareia Ixtapa", with direct access to the Marina. The beach is just within a 5 min walk. The apartment has 1 full bedroom with King Size Bed, 1 bedroom with Qeen Size Bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds that make 4 individual beds, full kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace with outdoor furniture. You can use the common areas of the complex, which include adult pool, kids pool, gardens, snack bar, small gym and 24/hr security. I have staff available during the day. Also, I will be available on my phone for anything you need. Ixtapa is a safe neighborhood, you can walk all around. You could go for dinner to the restaurants at the Marina, I recommend "Ristorante Beccofino", and "El Galeón". There's two golf courses in ixtapa, the "Marina Ixtapa Golf Club" and the "Palma Real", I recommend “Palma Real” which is within a 5 min taxi drive. There's also a beautiful 10 km long bicycle trail which starts at Marina Ixtapa and goes around the Golf Club, then goes to Aztlan Park which is a natural reserve where you can see crocodiles, iguanas and birds and ends up in Playa Linda. Bicycle Rentals close to the complex. You can walk al around in Ixtapa, but there is a taxi service just outside the complex, by the marina's lighthouse; or you can call one by phone. Ixtapa´s beach is within a 5 min walk, there is a public access. You can walk all around the Marina and also you can walk by the sidewalk of “Blv. Paseo Ixtapa”, or by the bicycle trail. Optional service: Daily cleaning and/or cooking service can be arranged before your arrival for an extra charge. Condominium deposit: Upon arrival the condominium administration will ask for a total deposit of $3,500 pesos, for the use of the snackbar and as security deposit. You can use the deposit in the snack bar. Upon departure, the entire deposit is returned if you did not consume anything from the snackbar.
