This is a gated community with studios and one bedroom apartments available. We are a small expat community of friendly people. This studio is on the top floor and has a wonderful view. We are located 4 blocks from the Zocalo and the the main walking street. There is a mercado 3 blocks away to buy fresh produce and meat and supermarket 5 blocks away We have 20 studio apartments and one bedrooms, in our compound. We also have 2 rooftop terraces which are open to everyone. They have great views of la Soledad and the city. Also there is a big patio with trees and flowers by the entrance. I live in the compound, and enjoy talking with everyone. We are in the main Historic downtown area. We are pne block from the Plaza de la Danza and the Rufino Tamayo museum. We are 4-5 blocks from the Zocala and from Sto. Domingo Church, as well as The walking street where are the best boutiques and restaurants. I recommend you walk almost every where or take a taxi. Parking in Oaxaca is always difficult.
