Welcome to our home! Simple and comfortable cottage with a million dollar view for you to enjoy Caribbean Life at the surfing spot called Cueva de Vaca. Country/Beachy decor. Just what you need to have a nice weekend with unforgettable memories at our happy place. Nothing fancy or luxurious, just as simple as life should be. The house is pretty comfortable and ready to be used. A/C and Air fans available. Perfect for a getaway away from the the city and daily rush. A perfect place to enjoy nature, it’s sounds and surroundings. A wonderful view and access to the beach! House is located right behind our family home. They are available to help with anything you may need too. You will have access to the backyard patios and beach. Please note surfers or other guests from another apartment we have may be also in the area. Patio and backyard are a shared space. You are only renting the house but have access to that areas too. We are available by phone, text or email to respond any question. My family who lives at front can also helps if needed. They have another apartment for rent so probably more guests will be at the area. We also keep our stuff in one of the rooms / apartment that has a separate door from outside. You are renting the HOUSE ONLY. The backyard is part of the property for you to use, but not exclusively for you. My family and friends use it to walk there to the beach, etc. So you will probably see them in the backyard that is shared. SOMETIMES the backyard is rented for events. Those events wont interfere with your stay, but I will try to give you a heads-up if an event is happening. Located at road #681 at Cueva de Vaca, full of beaches, local restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries and supermarkets. Just a short drive away. This area is called Cueva de Vaca and is known as a surfing spot all year. So you may see surfers in the backyard and the beach. There are many other beaches around the area like La Poza del Obispo, El Muelle, Caza y Pesca, La poza de Guelo, etc. La poza del Obispo and La poza de Guelo are more kids friendly. If you need recommendations let us know. A short walk can take you to a pharmacy and a supermarket where essentials, snacks, food and beverages are sold. To move around the restaurants and experience “chinchorros” and other places you will need a car. But is just a few minutes. Located in the north and touristic route in Arecibo, PR. Please turn off the A/C when not in use to help save a little on energy costs. NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO LOUD MUSIC, NO VISITS or FAMILY GATHERINGS if you are a local and NO PETS ALLOWED. There is absolutely NO smoking inside the house. If there are any cigarettes ashes, butts or smell to do anything being smoked inside the house, a fee of $100 will be applied to your stay. If using the beach, please rinse off outside before entering the house, leave the sand outside or drains can get clogged. Please remember to shut the water off when not in use. Don’t let the kids alone just playing with the water. If coming with children’s please don’t let them play with decorations and keep an eye on them. The beach is open sea and has strong rip currents. Please be cautious. Swim at your own risk. No loud music or parties allowed. We ask for your cooperation in this matter because we care about our neighbors who are elderly people and we don’t want to mess their peaceful lives. We are not responsible for noises from the streets or neighbors. No BBQ outside.
