Casa Caletilla fits 21 people. Parking inside for 3 maybe up to 4 cars depending on size. Ideal for business travelers, families and groups in general. Casa Caletilla is located on a cliff facing Roqueta Island. The cliff descends from the street until the water's edge. The rooms, living room, dining room, pool, and sea deck are on different levels, all with a beautiful ocean view. The large home ideally suits travelers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Acapulco without compromising on beautiful views and amenities. The house revolves around the open plan living and dining area with several seating and lounge areas from which to relax and enjoy the view, particularly of the breathtaking sunsets. The house also features a pool with sun terrace and pier with private ocean access. All bedrooms have ocean views and ensuites. Although basic in their fit-out, the rooms provide all the necessary comforts for your stay including ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Each bedroom has an independent access and has its own whole bathroom. The half bathroom is near the pool and there is also an open shower by the pool. At the house you will be greeted by Memo, Maria and Juan Carlos. They are very nice and kind people who will pour their heart out for your comfort, hopefully you consider that upon leaving with a nice tip ;). MEMO AND HIS FAMILY WILL ASSIST YOU IN MANY WAYS BUT WILL NOT BE CLEANING AFTER YOU. IT ES EXPECTED THAT YOU PICK UP AND THROW AWAY ALL BOTTLES, CANS, BAGS, ETC., AS WELL AS PUT ALL GLASSES AND PLATES IN THE KITCHEN, LEAVING ALL AREAS CLEAR AND CLEAN AFTER HAVING USED THEM. Your stay will include daily cleaning of rooms and bathrooms, pool and gardens will be cleaned as needed. Sheets are changed once a week, unless you request otherwise. We have a washing machine for clothes, so if you need something to be washed, ask Memo to assist you (extra cost per load). Memo and Juan Carlos will set the stairs from the pier to the sea in the morning and put it away at the end of the day, will clean the pool, they can also help you with the kayak, etc.. Maintain communication with them if you need anything You have the option of a cook (Maria, Memo's wife) with an extra cost depending on group size, this is payable to her directly. She will charge per day to cook all three meals (highly recommended, not only because she cooks deliciously but because of the convenience!!). These prices are for cooking service only, they do not include ingredients. These prices are NOT per person, they are for the entire size of the group. -Up to 10 guests: $1,000.00 Pesos per day for all 3 meals -Up to 15 guests: $1,500.00 Pesos per day for all 3 meals -Up to 20 guests: $2,000.00 Pesos per day for all 3 meals -Up to 25 guests: $2,500.00 Pesos per day for all 3 meals We have a small portable grill, so if you like grilling with an incredible view, bring whatever you like to grill and charcoal or wood. We ask you that once you have finished using it, you please clean it well. You can of course choose whatever you want to eat, for your convenience we have predetermined menus and the ingredients that need to bought, just ask our staff. Guests have access to the entire house since it is private. Steps descend from the street down to the pier. Rooms, dining room, living room/terrace, pool and pier are all in different levels. I am not on site but always available via phone or email. Memo (caretaker) will be able to assist you with practically everything you might need. The house is located close to the popular 1950's beaches Caleta and Caletilla. Although no longer the heart of Acapulco, the house is an oasis within the growing city. Once through the front gate and as the view unfolds as you walk down the stairs to the house, you won't want to leave! ELECTRICITY IS PAID SEPARATELY based on your consumption which is determined by the difference in kilowatts shown in the meter at your arrival and departure. Price per kilowatt is determined according to the last electricity bill which we will happy to show you upon your request. This must be paid in cash to Memo before your departure.
