There is a bathroom downstairs and also one upstairs with the bedroom which is furnished with a full size bed and a twin memory foam bed. Super high efficiency AC units in both rooms. It is on the same property with Casa de la Vaquita which was built in the 1890's, sharing a common courtyard. The casita, the patio, garden, laundry room, BBQ and fish smoker.
