San Juan is only a 25min drive, while taking the ferry in Fajardo to Vieques or Culebra will be 60min. The bedrooms have individual ac units. Our team will be available to make your stay at Campo Verde great. Please know this is a residential area and you need to respect the rules and neighbors at all times. Neighborhood is quiet, is a gated community with security guards and very respectful to each other. It is necessary you rent a car***. Location is in the mountains****, 15miles from San Juan. Public transportation in the island doesn't work like we wish, renting a car is extremely necessary. Big families will be able to fit in our driveway up to 3 cars. There’s also more parking in the back if needed (3 more cars). If you want to see the house before booking there is $180 showing fee****. Some local realtors like to "see" the houses before booking, to schedule this showing, you must pay the fee to have the house blocked- refresh, key pick up and -Cleaning lady -etc
