This fourth story studio is very comfortable. It's great to sit out on the patio and hear the birds and sometimes even waves. A table for four has plenty of space and can be used for every meal. The condos are on the first swimming beach from town. Our studio is comfortable and nicely furnished, ready for vacation relaxing. The entire condo is available to you. The beach and pool areas are the biggest draws to our condo and most of our guests spend their majority of time here. The beach is perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The laundry facilities are on the mezzanine level between the third and fourth floor. It houses two washers and two dryers and a small lending library and a few board games. The hotel has a full gym that you can use for a nominal fee. I'm available for any questions, problems or recommendations. I'm just phone call or a text away. The condos are located on the first good swimming beach from town. We're only about 10 minutes from downtown, its a nice compromise between laid back and close to town. The hotel next door has a great restaurant and poolside bar. Their gym is available for use for a nominal fee. The condos are great for relaxing and hanging out at the pool or on the beach. We're far enough from town to enjoy the quiet, but close enough to run to town for a few lemons if needed. A car is required if you want to go exploring further beaches. A bus does run, but its not timely and only runs once an hour. There are taxis in the roundabout in front of Hotel La Concha, and they're happy to take you to town or wherever you want. Uber does function in town, but getting a ride into town can be a little hit and miss. Sometimes there is no car out this way, but sometimes, if you're lucky, an Uber will be dropping off someone at the hotel and will accept you as a ride. A bike is a great way to get around on the malecón, but getting groceries can be a challenge on a bike. This is the closest swimming beach to town. Its great to swim and snorkel right in front of the condos.
