A few minute drive to the National Rainforest, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, etc. - We request government-issued photo IDs from all guests. - A security deposit of $500 must be sent within 48 hours of booking. - Pools are open from 9am to 10pm (times may change). There is no lifeguard in the pool nor at the beach. - Being on a tropical island means hot weather, humid conditions and possible mosquitoes so please protect yourselves while outdoors. Please note that PR's electrical grid is delicate. Power issues islandwide are rare but may occur. There can also be interruptions in the water service due to drought. - Renting a car is highly recommended. We offer free parking inside our gated community. - We are not suitable for children younger than 5 years old. We are not baby proofed and we highly encourage you to not book with us if your child is 4 or younger.
