Ground floor condo with walkout to the pool. Welcome Home! Our condo has 2 bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 4 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The patio walks directly in front of the pool area for easy access. Guests will have access to cable TV, Netflix, internet and movies. The pool area is a shared space with one end being available for smoking. The pool area is very private and secluded. There is a rooftop area with a great view of the town and a soaker tub and bar area to entertain larger groups. We have a property manager, Nils, on site. He is available to answer all your questions while you are vacationing at our condo. We would love for you to sign our guest book and leave any comments with us. We love that it is only a 7 minute walk to the ocean and all of the central activities (restaurants/bars, shopping, dolphins, golf, etc). Yet we can still enjoy our own space of peace and quiet while at our condo. All major sights and activities are within close driving distance. There is more than enough to do right in Puerto Aventuras that you would never have to leave town. Bike rentals, golf cart rentals, taxis, collectivo (public transportation), car rental. Everything in town is within walking distance.
