Very comfortable 1 bedroom condo with unobstructed views of the marina and ocean, remodeled kitchen, recently updated, and conveniently located to everything you need. A 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins leisurely walk to the Ala Moana Mall. A grocery/sundry shop is a few minutes away. Enjoy Friday evening Fireworks from the lanai!(on hold, no thanks to Covid!) My condo is located across the street from the marina. Easy access to Waikiki Beaches, the Ala Moana Mall and the Atlantis Submarine ride. A queen bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the living room. Furnished with nice quality sheets, pillows, towels(replaced with new ones every 12 months), cooking equipment, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, hot water pot, refrigerator and dishwasher. I just replaced the sofa cushions and foam inside so they are super comfortable to sit on too. The laundry room is located on the 8th floor in the building. A trash room is located on each floor. Parking is available in the adjacent building and it's 23/- per night with in and out privileges. Entire Condo. Feel free to ask away any questions during your stay. Vibrant and Vigorous Waikiki delivers cosmopolitan excitement and local style relaxation. Great sandy beaches to swim in, exhilarating nightlife, superb shopping and dining can be found in the exuberant town of Waikiki. Good breakfast joint at the basement of the building, they are great for lunch and dinner too and very fair prices. My condo is very centrally located to everything and it is an easy walk to a variety of attractions and dining options and the buses run up and down the street. If you are looking to make a day trip outside of the Waikiki area, it's best to rent a car for the day, there are a few car rental companies within a 5 mins walk for you to choose from. There is also major car rental companies and a bike share rental less than 10 mins walk away. Early check in/late check out can be arranged IF there's no guest checking in or out on the day you are checking in/out. Please check with me.
