Downstairs we have the second living area complete with its own fridge and stand up arcade video games. There is a second ocean/pool view master suite with a queen bed and private bathroom. There second room downstairs has a queen bed, private bathroom and its own door to the outside of the house. the last bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king. The bathroom for this bedroom is in the hallway. The couch upstairs folds out to a queen bed and we have another single fold out bed if needed Coco Kai is well stocked with anything you could need during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped and includes new appliances, plenty of pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, a blender, toaster, cutting knife set, drip coffee pot, We even have a Margarita Ville machine for making great frozen adult beverages. There is a Bluetooth Bose speaker system and a cooler for guests to use on the beach. We provide tons of bath and beach towels as well as extra bedding. Coco Kai is family friendly complete with a high chair, pack n plays and crib. A brand new washer and dryer are also available for your use. We provide laundry soap as well as shampoo and bath soaps. groceries, beverages, and alcohol can be picked up and pre-stocked before your arrival for a small delivery charge.
