Bellas Artes is just a block away and you are surrounded by old Mexico City Buildings. Donceles is one of the most ancient streets in the American Continent because it used to be part of the old Tenochtitlan, so you could say you are located in an ancient site. Transport is easy from Donceles. Just in front of the building on the right side of the MUAC there's an ECOBICI station (bycicles). The metro is just a block away and in Mexico City there's always an UBER 5 minutes away from you. Mexico's Downtown is meant to be walked, so don't hesitate to explore. There is a cafe next to the entrance of the building which is ideal for breakfasts or lunch. The staff is super friendly and the have a varied menu with cafés, sandwiches and cakes. In my opinion the food is delicious! Highly recommended. There is tablet in room loaded with features and guides for everything in the apartment, you can also communicate with us with that tablet at any time.
