There is a Queen size bed with a bathroom with a shower. The cottage has a flat screen TV, Cable TV, and excellent Wifi, and access to a washer dryer for trips of more than 7 days. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan will cool you down! The cottage is kitted out for long term rentals so the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, proper sized electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. You also have a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. We supply an umbrella for the rain and a sun umbrella to take down to the beach. Bed linens and beach and bath towels are provided. There is your own private garden with table and chairs, BBQ with sun loungers. There is a late night diner an 8 minute walk away or 3 restaurants at the neighbouring hotels again 5/10 minute walk away. Please note Elbow Beach Hotel is closed but the restaurant on site are still open, subject to change. The cottage is on a bus route into the city of Hamilton or you can head to the tourist centre at Dockyard. Electric car charger included There is Scooter hire and Tennis courts at adjoining Elbow Beach Hotel. By request, we will bend the minimum stay rule in the off season which is from October to mid March. There is a firm booking policy with the rules et by Airbnb. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. No refunds will be given for issues that are completely beyond our control such as health related issues, weather related incidents (incl. hurricanes), event cancellations, late flight arrivals or early departures (or any other airlines related changes), expired, missing or stolen passports and/or utility outages. Its close to the beach but there are restaurants, a diner, tennis and a supermarket open til 10pm a very short walk away. We can give you ideas of what to do! You are given beach towels cooler bag beach chairs and a beach umbrella for those who like to relax on the beach in comfort.
