The accommodation has 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom, terrace and living room with kitchen area and kitchen bar. With its size of 55 m², it is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, however, the couch in the living room can be folded out as a bed for a maximum of 2 children (maximum occupancy). The apartment is functional and has a small safe and the necessary kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels. A communal grill is available for grilling. Free parking available. I live in the complex in an apartment with a separate entrance and am happy to answer any questions or problems. We are located on a small hill with a beautiful view. The nearest shops are 100 meters away. Various beaches can be reached in approx. 5 - 20 minutes by vehicle. Public transport is around 300 meters away. Restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes by vehicle. Delivery services are also available. Parking is free of charge within the facility. The pool is very large and can also be used by other guests.
