Unit is located on the second floor (elevator available) and it comes fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need, Wi-Fi, SmartTVs, Washer/dryer, Central A/C, etc. We provide you with Detergent, dishwasher and dish soap, coffee and sugar. There's also a boogie board to enjoy the waves! Please be careful with Rip currents. No lifeguards on duty. The condo is modern, stylish, very clean and has a huge balcony to relax with direct views of the Ocean. The Master Bedroom features a King Bed. The guest room features a Full Bed & a Twin Bed. The living room has a sofa bed that can fit 2 guests. It's perfect for 5-6 guests. Rollup Hurricane shutters have been installed. Condominium HOA doesn't allow power generators, therefore, we have some battery operated fans, lamps and flashlights in case of occasional power outages. We also have a Duracell Gasless Generator to connect the refrigerator, phones, and other small appliances in case of a power outage. The elevator has a backup generator. No pets, No smoking, No unregister guests. No parties. Please be kind to neighbors, no noise after 10pm. The unit comes with 2 parking spots but there is always more parking available. There is a security guard at the entrance 24/7 so this is one of the safest communities in Palmas Del Mar. Just 2 minutes away (driving) or 15 minutes walking you'll find the Wyndham Hotel Candelero with a coffee shop, restaurant, and other amenities. Hacienda Buena Vista offers horseback riding and riding lessons. We live in a different property in Palmas Del Mar, so we’re here to help you with anything you need. Due to Covid-19, we’re limiting our interaction with guests. Extremely beautiful neighborhood surrounded by palm trees, beaches & a fantastic golf course. Hotel Candelero with amenities, food, and a coffee shop is just a 5-10 minute walk away. Palmanova Plaza features multiple restaurants (Mexican, Puerto Rican, Asian, Pizza etc.), a convenience store, a bank, and different shops. There is also a car rental place and 2 options to rent golf carts. Beach club with amazing pools with waterslides and Jacuzzi, and restaurant is also walking distance. Palmas del Mar has a lot of fun things to do with the kids. There's a children's park and skatepark, a duck pond where you can feed the ducks and turtles, and the Pterocarpus forrest where you can go for a nice walk and enjoy nature. If you like to play tennis, golf or pickleball, the Palmas Athletic club has all the amenities you'll need to enjoy your vacation. There's also great trails to go hiking or bike riding. This condo comes with 2 parking spots but there is always more parking available. There is also a gate with a 24/ guard so this is one of the safest communities in Palmas Del Mar. It is very popular in Palmas to use a golf cart to cruise around and it's an easy way to get to all the beaches & restaurants. If you need transportation to/from the airport, drivers usually charge between $60-$90. You can rent a car or Golfcart inside of Palmas at Target.
