The home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Kyisha, our local caretaker, is available to help you with anything you may need. We hope you treasure this home designed and built by my grandfather as much as we do! You will have access to the entire house and outdoor spaces. The only area you will not be able to enter are the caretaker's storage space and shed. All areas are private and not shared with others. I am more than happy to help/assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. I am available 24/7 as well as the local caretaker, Kyisha. There is a local seafood restaurant and empanadillas shop a 1 minute walk from the house. There is a panaderia, sports bar, and finer dining restaurant in the neighborhood a longer walk away or a one to two minute drive. The neighborhood is safe and quiet - ideal for families, couples or solo travelers. While you can walk to some things in the neighborhood, we strongly recommend having a car to fully enjoy the area and maximize your stay. **2023 is an abnormally active hurricane season. It has come to our attention that the waters at the neighborhood beach have been rougher than normal at times due to storm activity in the Carribean. Peak hurricane season is Sep-Nov.
