The Blue Roost has two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs with an open concept kitchen and living space downstairs. We provide the makings for a full breakfast, complete with farm fresh eggs, bread, jam, coffee and more for your first morning. A welcome package also awaits your arrival. The property is just over an acre, providing ample parking for vehicles, boats and trailers. We also offer a secure storage space for any gear you may have - skiis, bikes, boating equipment, etc. Portable heaters are available for this space. We are situated in Merville, a peaceful farming community just 10 minutes north of Courtenay. The Blue Roost home is located on a quiet country road with many of our neighbours having chickens, goats and horses. The Blue Roost is a tranquil living space.
