This magical, absolutely private home, pool, and garden, nestled in mountains of Tepoztlán with beautiful views has 3 lovely bedrooms, baths, and terraces/garden. The master bedroom has a spa-like bath. The house has a stone fireplace, an indoor and outdoor living and dining room, large gardens with fruit trees, flowers and an ancient arch, a large heated pool and jacuzzi, ping pong table. The house has a collection of Mexican art. Enjoy the privacy, calm, and safety of this zen-like retreat. Categorized as "empresa responsable" guests can stay in our house even if Tepoztlan restricts entrance to outsiders. The house (and town) is very safe, quiet, peaceful. Located in a lovely neighborhood, it's an easy walk to the market. This is our house and we welcome guests to stay and enjoy Tepoztlan from a private and secure location. The house is absolutely private. The caretaker and gardener comes in twice a week to water the garden. The Wifi is 5 G, fiber optic cable and very stable. The large gorgeous garden with beautiful trees (ciruelos, tulipan, jacaranda, avocado, banana, lime, etc) give a cool, restful shade. Each room has its own terrace with plants and flowers, very restful, quiet, and beautiful. There is parking for two cars only inside the main gate. Others on street outside please. --Grill, pool, pool side towels, pool side table and chairs —ping pong table --The pool is solar heated. The heating of the jacuzzi is EXTRA. Currently $1000 pesos payable to Tere, our housekeeper, upon arrival. Our housekeeper Tere will greet you and help get you settled in for your stay upon arrival. She will also be there when you are departing. For longer stays, she will call ahead first and come in every two or three days to check on the pool and water the garden. She can troubleshoot any problems that come up and answer all questions related to the house (and town, community and advise.)
