Our 4 bedroom villa has 180* of fantastic views of the Caribbean sea. Steps down to the sea, where you can relax and sun or snorkel in the reef. Off the jetty, the sea is usually 2-3 ft high, great for swimming. Our caretaker is available to help snorkelers. A beach is 3 minutes walk or you can snorkel to the beach. Each bedroom has A/C and ensuite bathroom. The villa is fully staffed with cook, housekeeper and caretaker. Fully staffed villa. Plan your menu with the cook, and she will do your grocery shopping and prepare, serve breakfast and dinner. You are responsible for the cost of groceries and beverages. Loved every minute of it!!!" Guests have complete access to the villa, a home away from home. Villa has many points of interest, such as the pool deck for sunning, swimming or star gazing. There are stairs down through our garden of flowers to the jetty/dock. You have complete access to the patio and jetty at sea level. We have a garage available for a car. The staff will take care of your needs. We are always available by phone. Very safe neighborhood. Quaint bar within walking distance for conversations with other tourists and locals. You can rent a car at the airport or you can arrange a driver. Since we are on the main road you can also grab a route taxi to Ocho Rios for shopping, attractions etc. Please message me if you have any questions. Christmas and New Years week are priced at a premium, and require a minimum a week stay. Breakfast and dinner are cooked and served daily. The housekeeper will keep your rooms spotless. This trip is for you and your family/group to relax with no worries. A minimum 10% tip is required for staff, which is split among the staff. Cost of groceries, beverages and transportation costs are the responsibility of the guests. Staff will do all shopping for you, or you may accompany her. To meet individual needs of guests, we try to buy everything fresh. Staff will do laundry at an additional cost per load, clothes washed, lined dried and folded. Rates are based on double occupancy, so if you are a group of 4 and need all 4 bedrooms, a surcharge is required to cover costs for the additional 2 bedrooms.
