The amenities include a full kitchen, barbecue grill, laundry facility, AC in each room, wifi, cable tv and more. Along with the purchase of this rental includes contact with the on island property manager, bathroom essentials starter pack, departure cleaning, and payment of the occupancy taxes. (A tax that all tourists have to pay no matter where they stay.) The prestigious Taylor Bay beach is a 5 minute walk and Sapadilla Bay beach is a 2 minute drive. Las Brisas Restaurant is 2 minute drive. You can walk to some beaches but you will have to drive any where else. ***AC USAGE: All AC usage will be metered from check-in to check-out. Guests may use up to $150 per week for AC usage based on current electricity rates of $0.42/KWh. Any usage exceeding the $150/week allowance will be charged to guests upon departure.
