This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sits on top the hill and has a balcony with a beautiful view of the Point Blanche Bay and Great Bay. It sits in a premier quiet residential community while still close to the bustling Philipsburg. The top floor has the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The living area includes a comfy couch, coffee table, TV with cable and Wi-Fi Internet connection. The dining area includes a dining table that seats four. There is direct access to the balcony overlooking Saint Barth, Great Bay from the living area through two large French glass double doors. The kitchen comes with all the amenities including full size refrigerator and stove, blender, coffee maker, hot water maker, pots, pans, dishes, glassware and eating and cooking utensils. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the laundry room with washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, two nightstands, large closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan and private full bath. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, large closet, ceiling fan, and private full bath. Both bedrooms/bathrooms include all necessary linens and towels. Please inform me in advance if you would like to have a BBQ grill. Parking is in front of the condo. Quest have unrestricted access in the condo. From the front of the condo you can see the cruise ships docked at the terminal. Often you can also spot the mega yachts from the rich and famous complete with private helicopter decks. The "Fairway Mark It" supermarket is conveniently located a 5 minutes drive away. Parking for a visit to Phillipsburg with the tax free shops in Front street and Great Bay beach is just on the left before the supermarket. We recommend renting a car. It is the most pleasant and affordable way to explore the island beauty and diversity. You can park in front of the apartment. It's a 5 min drive to downtown Phillipsburg for shopping and the Great Bay beach. It is 8 miles/13km to the airport. We can also assist with a car rental. The condo sits on Monta vista hill overlooking the bay. You can enjoy the ocean view from the top floor any time of the day. The condo is quiet, with a nice ocean breeze. It is equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable.
