Get to the Southwest and get the "full-southwest-experience" inside and outside with this adobe style, brand new built, guest studio. On request we can be your guides or just give you some advice on hotspots nearby. Just perfectly surrounded from Bryce Canyon National Park (north), Zion National Park (west), Grand Canyon North Rim (south) and Lake Powell Area with Horseshoe Bend & Antelope Canyon (east). Your space is ready to stay. If you have any questions or wishes just let us know, we will try to make it happen. The studio is equipped wit a bed for 2 as well as a sofa where a bed (full size) fro one adult or 2 child's could be prepared easily. Pls. make sure you are okay with that, especially if you are booking for your group as it is all in one room. In case you are not sure pls. contact us before booking. It has a private bathroom with separate toilet room and a shower. We also added a space for your clothes to go. The Kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, multifunctional microwave as well as a breakfast station. We also have some blackout curtains for your privacy. Additional to a Mini-Split Heating- and Cooling-Unit we do offer a red electric freestanding infrared quartz Fireplace for you to stay warm or just watch the faux flames to feel cozy. We do offer to guest to use our washer and dryer for a small extra fee when we are home, but it is inside our main house and not part of this rental unit. You have your own private entrance to the studio. The garden area, the outdoor fireplace, and the hammocks in front of our house are shared. The BBQ & outdoor dining/seating area around our table is mainly for your use. (on very rare occasions - we your hosts - use that too) We are originally from Europe, but due to more than 10 years experience we are insiders for our new HOME. We will be on site in the main house and will be happy to help. English is not our native language, but we would say we are talking it fluently. Just in case that helps German is our 1st language and we I also know a bit Italian. We usually adjust to our guest wishes and are there for questions and meeting if they want us too, but also know that some of you might just enjoy their privacy. We are located in a wonderful neighbor hood. Just perfect to relax and enjoy. Nearby are wonderful hiking trails and we do have severals off-road trails just around the corner. Kanab is perfectly located in between Grand Canyon North Rim (in the south - approx. 45 Minutes), Zion National Park ( in the west - approx. 30-40 Minutes), Glen Canyon Recreation Area including Lake Powell and Horseshoe Bend (approx. 45-55 Minutes) as well as Bryce National Park in the north (approx. 1.30hours) and many more spots like The Wave, White Pocket, Peek-A-Boo or Antelope Canyon. Kanab has all necessary shopping in town - like grocery markets, DIY store, fuel stations, Bakery and many more. Kanab also has a town swimming pool and several other amenities like a tennis and basketball court, a skateboard arena, several parks and many more. You can walk or drive to your final destination. It is safe to walk in our neighborhood, but due to the distance we recommend to drive to the town center for shopping. On a special request we are able to organize an off-road vehicle for your fun. Or just bring along your bikes and enjoy our wonderful area that way. We have recently equipped our studio with a "home cinema", as it is hard to rely on this in our area it is a complimentary thing of our rental. I did set everything up so you should be able to watch Netflix, Amazon or any other subscription you have as well as some free TV options with your phones or the Roku stick. You can also just use the "ONN Soundbar" for playing music from your devices via Bluetooth.
