The large kitchen opens into the comfy living room with a 65'' TV and reclining sofa, love seat, and chair. This a spacious, yet cozy home in downtown Ft Walton Beach. 4 bed/4 bath, w/Jacuzzi tub in master. The central living area and kitchen are great for watching the 70" TV and winding down after a day at the beach. Beach access is 1.5 miles from the house. Many local restaurants and shops downtown are just a short walk down the street. Get a Destin feel without the traffic of Destin. You will be able to access the whole house EXCEPT for the garage. The garage will remain locked. Self check-in with the code I give you, so you may check in/out anytime for your convenience. I live in the area so I will be available if you need me or my husband. Downtown Ft. Walton Beach has many places to go grab something to eat or go see live music. The house is located at the foot of Brooks Bridge and just on the other side is beautiful Okaloosa Island with public beach accesses, several restaurants, convention center, and two arcades. Paradise Point shopping center is in walking distance. Take a stroll on foot through downtown FWB to avoid having to park and grab a bite to eat or a cold drink.
