Designed by Tijuana architect Jorge Gracia, Casa Gracia has been showcased in various magazines and coffee table books. Its architecture blends elements of pure modernism with the rustic charm of Mexican style, offering guests simple comfort within a minimalist setting. The design concept evokes the essence of mid-century vacation homes, where families and friends would gather in laid-back communal spaces, surrounded by nature and free from the obligations and distractions of modern life. Casa Gracia features a minimalist layout consisting of three bedrooms arranged around a central living space. This communal area includes a kitchen with a bar and a living room that seamlessly extends to the terrace, which leads to the pool's edge. The majority of the furnishings are custom-made, crafted by local artisans, utilizing raw materials like concrete, steel, and wood sourced locally. Natural ventilation keeps the house comfortably cool. Casa Gracia is located a short drive north of the 'Pueblo Magico' of Todos Santos, in the Las Tunas area. Surrounded by a semi-tropical garden, the house has oceanfront views with a direct sightline to La Cachora surf break. The beach, along with its sea-turtle sanctuary, is a short stroll away. We have a very strict check in policy. There are absolutely no check ins after 8pm. Guests must find an alternate accommodation for the night if they arrive after 8pm.
