We are located only 30mins away from San Juan attractions and only 30mins from Puerto Ricos most beautiful east coast beaches which make this the perfect location for your vacation stay. Next door you will conveniently find FUSION BREAD & COFFEE and El TERMINAL MINI MARKET. The front exterior of the house has a large gated entrance to the 2 car covered carport. The Living Room is equipped with a Large 50" Smart LED Television, 1 Queen Size Futon for 2 adults, and 1 Full-Size Futon for 1 adult. The Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, forks, knives, spoons, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, and other essential cooking utensils. Bedroom #1 is a Master bedroom that houses a full-size bathroom with 2 queen-size beds for 2 couples or 4 adults and a dresser. Bedroom #2 has 2 comfortable full-size beds for 2 couples or 4 adults. Bedroom #3 has four twin-size beds made up of 2 twin-size bunk beds for 4 adults or 4 children. The balcony located on the rear of the home is furnished for outside fun and entertainment. The laundry area found right beside the balcony has a washer and gas dryer for guest use. Guest have access to the entire house and covered carport with space for 2 vehicles.
