Host resides on the grounds to be available to offer assistance throughout your stay. Your comfort, safety and privacy is guaranteed. Residential neighborhood with regular garbage pick up. Very friendly neighbors, a plus! Note: There are barking dogs in the neighborhood, same as in most neighborhoods on the island. During the barking Symphony Orchestra that starts on cue, there will be a 2 minutes barking fest. Guests can enjoy the short barking festival or simply close the windows, this will easily drown out the sound of our neighborhood best friends barking. Bus service: Does not run through the neighborhood but there's a leisure 2 minutes walk to the main street on the bus route. No Rental? No Problem. But due to the rising cost of fuel, we will charge you a small fee for airport pickups and your other transportation needs. (Not included in your reservation). Your home is less than 3 minutes to the nearest supermarket and pharmacy. The Bird Park filled with beautiful birds is just around the corner. Bringing the kids 6 years and older along? There is a McDonald's restaurant just 2 minutes away or fine dining on the Dutch and French side of the island that are just a 5 to 7 minutes drive from home. Any soccer or basketball players in the family? There is a playing field just within walking distance. Walk up and ask the friendly team to include you in the game. It may rain one day of your stay and neighborhood dogs do bark. Sorry we can't control this. But what we can promise you is a spacious, clean and comfortable vacation home to meet your expectations.
