All of the condos are similarly decorated and the layouts are the same. Each condo has its own private patio or balcony, as well as access to the sandy beach in front of the buildings. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific floor assignments unless requested and authorized at the time of your booking. The front desk is open from 8 am to 8 pm daily. You can rent bikes, get beach towels, get directions, hire a taxi, and get tour info from them. The shared swimming pool is located down the beach by the dive shop and restaurant, not in front of the condos. I will establish and confirm your booking. The Del Sol manager on site is Frederico, and he is there from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. He has Sunday off. Security guards are on patrol from dusk to dawn nightly. The property is located on a privately accessed road in North Akumal, the sleepy side of town. No tour buses are allowed which makes this area of Akumal less congested and touristy. Half Moon Bay is right at your doorstep, as well as restaurants, a beach bar, craft shops, a shared swimming pool and couple of convenience stores. There is plenty of parking on site, and it is free. Akumal is a great little town to bike around in, often quicker than by car. Public transportation is available on Highway 307, to points north and south, bearing in mind that the pick up location is about one mile from Del Sol property. The pool is located 100 yards down the beach.
