A non-refundable pet fee is charged for anyone bringing a pet. Guests must complete an animal registration form, provide proof of vaccinations, and applicable documentation for service animals to receive a pet tag and conditional license. There is a fee at the resort for the pet tag. Pet tags are picked up at the front desk of tower 2, which is to be displayed on the pet while on property. The leash law applies at all times besides in your condo. The beach, pool, and pool deck are not pet friendly areas. Conditional pet licenses can be revoked if the association finds the pet without a tag, is vicious, or a nuisance to guests. A pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property that was not previously disclosed by the guest is cause for eviction with forfeiture of moneys paid plus additional cleaning charges. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided. There are no condiments or spices left in this rental for sanitary purposes. Help is available 24/7 via several different methods such as text, phone and email. We also have offices along Front Beach Road in PCB which you are welcome to stop by during regular business hours. Guests of this vacation condo rental will find all information about their unit within the Panhandle Getaways APP. The free activities offered are subject to availability and require a reservation through our concierge service, Xplorie. Although there is a very good chance of availability, they can sell out during peak seasons.
