Located in the popular Sunset Crest area on the west coast of Barbados, this self-catering one-bedroom property provides comfortable holiday accommodation within close proximity to the beach and a wide range of facilities and activities. Guests are welcomed to use the Beach house which is 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. It provides the following amenities 50 foot swimming pool, bar,restaurant,sun loungers and changing rooms. This apartment is a charming one bedroom, one bathroom unit and the bathroom is ensuite. There is one queen-size bed, one twin bed, air condition unit and ceiling fan in the bedroom and there is a separate living room, kitchen, and dining area. Ceiling fans are outfitted in the living and dining room for your comfort. The apartment has a private patio which overlooks its own tropical garden, and creates privacy. Here you can relax on the lounging chairs to sun bathe, read a book, or enjoy a refreshing beverage. Patio furniture and dining table are provided. You have access to your own private patio, separate entrance as well as spacious gardens; we provide sun loungers. The property is fully fenced, has security lighting and security bars at windows and doors. There is high speed internet, Cable Television, Secure onsite Parking, and FREE access to the ‘Beach House’. Because I live on the property, I am available to you whenever the need arises. I am willing to arrange tours, activities or vehicle rental at your request.I am literally steps away and can be contacted directly at the property in person, by email or by phone. The property is centrally located on the first avenue of the residential Sunset Crest neighborhood which is quiet and safe. It is in walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks, beaches, post office, library, medical center, bus stop, beach club, cinema, fresh fruit and vegetable stand and shopping center. All amenities are within walking distance and public transport and taxi stand can be found minutes walk from the property. There is also the option of renting a vehicle if you wish to explore the island at your leisure. I provide bath and hand towels, bed linen, and kitchen towels (changed every 4 days). You will be required to provide your own beach towels. There is a basic supply of toilet paper and liquid hand soap - you will be required to provide a full supply for the length of your stay. Rate quoted for 2 persons - Charge of USD $10 per additional person (sofa bed is available). Air Condition is optional during your stay as the apartment has ceiling fans in the bedroom, living and dining rooms but please add USD $10/night if you require AC. Air condition unit is located in the bedroom only.
