There is security with doorman 24 hours. It has everything you need for a very pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, terrace, WIFI, Smart TV, towels / sheets included and a nice decoration. The distribution is as follows: * Living room with a comfortable futon and a desk and chair to work or study. * Terrace with comfortable furnishing to rest, drink a glass of wine or read your favorite book. * Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils, a bar and 2 high seats. * Master bedroom with 1 Queen and 1 Simple bed, TV, closet and full bathroom with Spanish shower. * Working space with a desk and chair. Beds have all complete full bedding and extra blankets for the cold season. The bathroom has the towels you need, and an aid kit for any incident. The building has 24h doorman. The Host handles the reservations and administration of my department. The Host will take care of all the necessary communications and coordination as soon as the reservation is confirmed. They will help you in what you need to have a wonderful stay! Miraflores is probably the best known barrio in Lima. It is an amazing mix of Limean tradition, local culture and modern generations. The famous Malecón de Miraflores has the greatest views of the city, and it is a perfect place to chill in the afternoon or do a picnic while you rest. The area is full of cafés, bars, pubs, local and international restaurants (from hidden gems to world class venues). Also supermarkets, small shops and pharmacies are very close to the building. Enjoy Miraflores, you’ll love it! Try to walk around, it is the perfect place to shop, walk and hang around. To get a car, it is recommended to use taxis applications such as Cabify or Uber, which are the safest options. Easy transport to and from the airport using Airport Shuttle, which has a stop nearby. Also you can use Quickllama. *Check in time is from 15:00 ahead *Check out time is at 12:00am (late check out is possible, please let us know in advance) *If you want us to contact a taxi service is US$ 26 (PEN 85) per vehicle for 1 or 2 passengers, or US$ 37 (PEN 120) per vehicle for 3 passengers. Payment must be made in cash and directly to the driver. * The belongings that are found after the check-out time will be sent to the lost & found in our offices.
