Smart HD TVs in each room with NETFLIX capability. 10% discount for stays equal to or more than 7 nights Guests can access only the ground floor of the duplex. It has a private entrance free from neighbors. The pool and outdoor space does not have shared access. The Property Manager will be available when necessary. Routine maintenance will not be done during your stay. This will minimize person-to-person contact. There is a nearby bay where guests are welcome to Kayak. (Kayaks are not included in rental). The Magdalena hotel is within walking distance. The property is within 15 minutes drive from iconic beaches and restaurants. There are no nearby public transportation services but two parking spaces are provided for those who own or rent a vehicle. Renting a vehicle recommended. For rentals lasting 1 week or more, the maid service is mandatory once per week. Guests must request early check in or late checkout. A two (2) hour grace period is allowed if possible. Above two (2) hours will attract a 50USD charge. Absolutely no parties/events are allowed on the premises. Third party bookings are not allowed as it violates Airbnb terms and agreements with the Host Four (4) guests are allowed which includes children.
