It is close- by to everything with 15 to 20 miles of almost every key locations in Jacksonville. Its a perfect location for any traveller stopping in and most especially guests who loves the beach It is very convenient to many necessities. There are 2 entrance and exits leading you closer to where you want to go. You're most Welcome to our cozy, quiet and comfortable home for you to relax and recharge before your next adventure. The available room is ideal for 2 adult guest, with attached bathroom with tub and shower, full size bed, dresser, closet, tea/coffee in the room, large LED t.v. Free Wi fi, mini fridge in the room for your personal use. While staying I will leave the guests in-charge of the A/C, heat so they are most comfortable. Feel free to to reach out to me with any questions, or concerns regarding your stay. Guests can access screened in lanai to relax and enjoy quiet backyard setting up against preservation land. And you can access to the the kitchen if you want to use microwave, fridge, and be responsible. I enjoy interacting with guests; however, I let them enjoy their privacy if that is their preference. Neighborhood is upscale,friendly, in a gated community off Atlantic Blvd and Beach Blvd making it ideal to access Neptune and Jacksonville beach which is just 10 mins drive. You can find Gas Stations, Restaurants, Supermarkets such as Wallmart, Windixie, Publix, Pharmacies, Banks right outside the community. Mayport Naval Station and Mayo Hospital is also 15mins drive from our community. The best way to get around here is to use Uber/Lyft. You can take a cab but i'd highly recommend Uber/Lyft which is a lot cheaper than cab. Bus station is just around the corner of the community as well. Free tea/coffee in the room. Hair dryer, TV, internet, and free Wifi. and Mini fridge for you to use inside your room.
