Our charming home, crafted with natural materials, is located on the outskirts of Villa de Leyva. The serene garden and pond filled with waterlilies offer the perfect setting to recharge and relax. You can walk to town, explore the nearby natural reserve, or cozy up with a book by the fireplace. With reliable Wi-Fi, you can stay connected - or disconnect completely. Designed to offer a perfect blend of comfort and nature! Our house is designed in a traditional colonial style in keeping with Villa de Leyva's rich history. Built with natural materials such as mud brick walls and roof tiles, the house blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings. Inside, the house features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that overlooks the garden, and a lovely living room with a cozy fireplace. The comfortable beds are fitted with natural latex mattresses, organic cotton sheets, and locally woven wool blankets for a cozy night's sleep. One of the highlights of the property is its large and stunning garden, complete with a pond filled with water lilies. Please note that the pond is unfenced, which may not be suitable for families with small or unsupervised children. Located just a stroll away from the center of town, you can easily explore the lovely farmers market, historic buildings, and museums, as well as enjoy high-quality restaurants. The house is also a short drive away from the Natural Reserve of Iguaque, where you can immerse yourself in the stunning paramo environment. You'll have the entire property - house and garden - all to yourself, but we are available to support you as needed. Come and experience the perfect blend of comfort and nature in Villa de Leyva! Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and garden during their stay. Laundry facilities are available on the property, and guests are welcome to use them during their stay. A designated parking space - for 2 vehicles - is provided for guests to use during their visit. We'll welcome you upon arrival, give you a tour of the property and provide you with the keys. If there's anything you need during your stay, we're here to help. Otherwise, relax and enjoy your vacation in peace. Located in a serene and secluded neighborhood, our home offers easy access to countryside walks while also being conveniently situated within walking distance of Villa de Leyva. Also, please note that the pond on the property is unfenced, and as such, not suitable for small or unsupervised children. Additionally, the house is located in a quiet area, so we kindly ask our guests to respect our neighbors' right to peace and quiet during their stay. Lastly, please note that while the house does have Wi-Fi, there is no TV on the premises.
