La Tángara is a typical country house just 2 km from the main plaza of Jardín, a perfect distance for a nice walk enjoying the region with rivers, cascades, coffee mountains and lots of birds. It is a really peaceful place, you can relax and enjoy the view of the mountains, coffee and banana plantation and a lot of birds. It is safe and is a nice walk 25 to 30 min. aprox to town from La Tángara. Also you can take the Garrucha (artisanal cable car) and enjoy the view point to town. There are nice waterfalls on the surroundings and we can help you to organize different activities like hikes, birdwatching, horseback riding, paraglading, rappel, coffee tours and other activities and give you recommendations during your stay at Jardín to have a memorable experience. There are a lot to do in Jardín! Town is 25 minutes walking. By car is just 7 minutes (unpaved road) or you can take a motoxaxi for 3 people for $15.000. Also you can take la Garrucha in the town (an artesanal cable car that crosses the river $3500 each way) and from there it is 10 minutes walking to La Tángara. * El pueblo se encuentra a 25 minutos caminando. En carro son 7 minutos, o puedes tomar un mototaxi en el pueblo para 3 personas por $15000 hasta el lugar. También puedes acceder por la Garrucha (un teleférico artesanal) que sale del pueblo y cruza el río y de ahí caminando son 10 minutos hasta La Tángara, el valor son $7000 ida y regreso.
