Villa Julia is the perfect place for a tropical getaway. It’s private and peaceful environment grants a memorable experience for its guests. The beachfront house is located in a beautiful area with all the amenities you’ll need for a delightful stay. Consists of a pleasant 4-bedroom and 4.5 restrooms villa with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful dining areas on the outside terrace with an ocean view, a private pool and jacuzzi and a spacious backyard with walking distance from the beach. Guests will have access to all the property areas privately. The property has one entrance gate and another gate that leads to the beach. Guests have access to the beach, can enjoy restaurants and attractions minutes away from their stay. I have direct communications with guests, the staff will be available in person for any inquiries. Smoking is permitted on the property. Maid service is NOT available. The personal in charge for gardening, pool, bbq services, and other necessities are also available at the property. Please note that these individuals reside on the house property. NO chemicals or foam allowed in the pool or jacuzzi. Small pets are allowed ONLY if notified, must keep watch and not leave unattended since there guardian dogs at the house kept away.
