We have 2 internet service providers on the property with 200 mgs of wifi each, all routers backed up with batteries for potential outages, in case you need to work during your stay. Our friendly dog, Luna, is always here to greet you! We offer a little gated community of houses in the center of town close to the beach. This offers easy access to the surf, supermarkets, and restaurants, but also give privacy and security. We have a BBQ in our communal rancho, also offer twice a week cleaning service. There is laundry service provided across from our entrance way, they are our caretakers family. we are available via the abb chat or whatsap. Our caretaker also lives on the property Santa Teresa is a sleepy little surf town with gorgeous beaches, a young healthy vibe, tons of yoga available, and beautiful natural surroundings. You can stay here on foot or rent-a-car. Many people just rent bikes and enjoy the town that way. ATVs are also a good option.
