Inside the studio is a large bed, kitchenette and a television. The space is ample for spending mornings with a cup of coffee, enjoying the view. The amenities in this stupid are adequite for short stays. The kitchenette features a microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. There is also a dresser with a television sitting atop. The building features a community pool, BBQ area, fitness center ($5 charge to get a key from security), and paid laundry space. Also, there is paid parking in the community for $30 per day. The local Waikiki area is superb. The rental property is walking distance to Waikiki Beach, Hilton Waikiki (fireworks every Friday at 7:45 pm), shopping, dining and so much more! Please read below prior to booking this property: No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. Pool Policy: access to the community pool. LoveRentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $35 covers up to $1,000 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
