This unit is on the 19th floor of a 30-story building. You will be staying in a neighborhood at about a ten to fifteen-minute ride to the old walled city, shopping malls, beaches, and the airport. You will have access to three bedrooms for you, your friends, or your family. The unit has a bathroom, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining and laundry space. This apartment is in a new building. The unit has everything you need to stay away from home, whether you are on vacation in the city or you need to work remotely. You'll have keyless access to the unit, high-speed internet, three bedrooms, two of them with 42-inch tv with cable tv and Netflix, a living room with a 50-inch tv, and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire apartment is available to you. For security reasons, before check-in, all guests must provide a picture of a government ID like a passport or "cédula de ciudadanía" or "extranjería." There will be no exceptions. I don't live in the city, but I rely on people in town to help you with anything you might need. You'll be staying in a traditional neighborhood that it's experiencing a boom in its development. Because of this, various buildings are currently being built in the area. The place is near the historic downtown (walled city at about 10 minutes by car), you can reach the Caribbean sea by walking four blocks, and the airport is a 10-15 minutes ride away. The neighborhood is safe. I recommend you exercise caution and common sense, especially at night. It's recommended to use apps to hire your ride at all times. The rooftop pool is available to you by scheduling a two-hour slot with the building manager ahead of time. When in the neighborhood, use common sense and don't flash valuables like latest generation mobile phones, jewelry, and other things, to avoid unwanted attention.
