This Small house it is very simple and cozy perfect for a retreat away from the city. The house have two bedrooms and one bathroom, a porch and a big patio in the front and back. Also, you can hang hammocks in the porch or inside the house. Waking up in a house in front of the beach is priceless. The beach is not crowded so it gives you a very peacefull enviroment. It is located in the center of last Penitas very closed to restaurants and like 600 mts from the bars surf camps in Las penitas. Also is 1km away from Poneloya. If you don't feel like walking you can take a ride in a "caponera" which usually charges 20-30 cordobas. The bus for Leon stops in front of the house every hour give-or take. You will get access to all the property. The house have a dinning table,small fridge and small stove with 2 burners, hammocks, beds and fans. You can contact me through Whatsapp. Las penitas is a really nice calm beach with not a lot of crowd but enough to enjoy the locals activities and the people. you can walk to all places or just take a caponera. The buses to Leon always pass in front of the house every hour to 30 min. We will go trough a inventory at your arrival. The Internet is a 10 GB monthly with no chance of recharge. The signal at the beach in general is very week. The Water strengh in Las Penitas is weak and you might experienced this. This is something out of my hand and cannot do much about it. Please be aware that the house is very open therefore the sand always gets inside the house. The house was designed like this to try to mantained it as cool as possible. Please keep your personal belonging locks and not near windows, porch or doors.
