Please note, there is an adjacent, private cottage also located on the frontside of the property, and each home has private, ocean-facing decks, reserved parking onsite, and different beach access points. Guests accessing this cottage enter by going down and behind the first and front cottage so as not to interrupt or disturb the residents’ enjoyment of the private deck or ocean views. Additionally, this home has privacy deck screens and window shades for an added level of comfort and peace. BQN: 30 - 45 mins by car SJU: 2 - 2.5 hours by car Some stairs must be used to access both this cottage and arrive at the beach. There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests should use good judgement and common sense when exploring the shoreline and swimming in the ocean waters. Guests swim, snorkel and paddle board at their own risk and assume the liability of any ocean activities. This property is not recommended for infants, children or adults requiring supervision with water as there are many access points to the ocean and areas to slip and fall, and it may pose a risk of injury, drowning etc. Guests are responsible for their own equipment and their own safety when enjoying the ocean. In order to respect the delicate marine ecosystem and others swimming in the waters, fishing is discouraged.
