You'll be close to bus stops, the seawalls, Giftland Mall, Caribbean Cinemas, MovieTowne Complex, and the Ogle International Airport. The capital, Georgetown, is a short 15 minute drive away. The apartment is on the ground floor with the first floor being occupied by my son (Co-host) and his wife. I am always available via messaging whenever you need me. All windows have insect screens to keep bugs out. There is a hot water in the shower for your convenience. You can feel free to message either of us about any issue regarding your stay, at anytime. We respect our guests' privacy and will not encroach on your personal space unless requested. Apartment is conveniently situated next to the public bus stop; about a one minute walk. Buses run frequently during the day up to 7 p.m. After then, it would be advisable to use a taxi. Your host will happily assist you with getting a safe and reliable taxi service. For guests who prefer renting a vehicle, there is ample street parking directly in front of the apartment. 12 hrs. of daily AC usage is included in your price. Unlimited AC usage can be had for a small fee payable at the property. Only confirmed guests are allowed to overnight in the apartment. Self check-in instructions will be shared with you upon booking. However, once I am available, I will be happy to greet you and show you around. This is typical community with residents living close by. As such, there is potential of noise from dogs and street traffic. There is also an airport just a few miles from the apartment so there will be some noise from planes after take-off
