The apartment is located in the historic center of Xela, a quiet street, a few steps away from transportation, cafes, restaurants, markets and nightlife as well as Spanish or dance schools, etc., a quiet and alternative environment. It is a unique and different building for the center of Xela, spacious rooms with lots of natural light. Private room, bathroom, kitchen and dining room, common areas such as the terrace and laundry area. While I'm at home I interact when necessary and natural to do so, I like to respect individuality, but I also like to socialize if that's the case.
